A journalist is the person who determines what information we see or hear in the media: on TV, on the radio, on the Internet. Journalism is the ears of thousands of kilometers, it is the faceted eyes of a dragonfly, and it is the lust that knows no boundaries. A fly on the wall: it sits quietly and hears everything. A journalist is able to extract information from everything. Some are quite natural at it, some learn it, some never.
Journalism today is one of the most important phenomena of modern civilization, a social institution without which a society cannot exist. We actually perceive reality and the world around us through the prism of journalism. And depending on how accurately and fully it will reflect certain facts and events, the picture of reality will be so clear and distinct.
